We estimate your country automatically from your connection. Some actions need a more precise location check.

What this means for your account

Your saved home region stays the same when you travel. We check the rules for your account, current location and chosen action when you continue.

Check your device’s country with your browser’s location permission. Coordinates are sent to JAKK for this estimate and are not saved. If more verification is needed for an action, we’ll guide you through it then.

With location access allowed, your device estimate refreshes automatically while JAKK is visible. You can also check again whenever you want.
